ATTORNEY SERVICES
An experienced attorney will almost always employ an experienced investigator to conduct at least a preliminary investigation to determine the extent of the accusations or charges levied against their client(s). Finding and interviewing important witnesses before police, government agents, or District Attorneys is almost always in the best interest of person charged. Other factors that may make the difference between a conviction , a dismissal of charges, or even an acquittal include; but are not limited to, interviewing case agents, and other Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs); examination of investigative case files and evidence; finding and reviewing witness statements; lack of , or disregard of Miranda Warnings; mistaken identity; foreign language barriers to investigative government agents and detectives; and the use of unreliable or untested informants (Cooperating Sources) to gain search warrants, target suspects, or initiate title III non-consensual wire tap investigations.
With a good investigation, an attorney can properly prepare for trial from a position of strength and confidence, rather than doubt and weakness.
